ABOUT YOU

You are experienced and enjoy working outside & working with your hands during the Spring and Summer months. You have the ability to work from our headquarters in Chesterfield and travel to visit customers and prospects the majority of the time you are at work in our company vehicles. Knowledge of the asphalt / concrete / general construction / landscaping is preferred. You have the ability to learn quickly and can retain knowledge. You have a willingness and comfort level to diagnose errors and technical problems, effectively and professionally communicate solutions, and offer options. Great communication skills are key. While already operating at a high level, you understand and accept training and coaching as a source of constant growth.

You have the opportunity to abundantly exceed $1,500 per week based on experience, performance and quality of work. Compensation potential will be explained in detail at the final interview.

We Expect You To:

• Arrive to work on time
• Safely load / unload equipment
• Move & connect / disconnect trailers
• Use power equipment, surface grinders and other tools to clean & prepare surfaces prior to asphalt & concrete coatings
• Make repairs to asphalt surface using hot rubberized crackfill
• Hand apply asphalt sealer neatly and quickly to the asphalt surface
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Ability to manage time and remain organized
• Follow verbal and written instructions from Lead Service Technician

You have the ability to work from our headquarters in Chesterfield and travel to visit customers and prospects the majority of the time you are at work in our company vehicles. Knowledge of the asphalt / concrete / general construction / landscaping industry preferred. You have the ability to learn quickly and can retain knowledge. You have a willingness and comfort level to diagnose errors and technical problems, effectively and professionally communicate solutions, and offer options. Great communication skills are key. While already operating at a high level, you understand and accept training and coaching as a source of constant growth.

• Arrive to work on time
• Ensure inventory and safety checks are completed prior to leaving yard
• Have strong customer service skills when interacting at clients home & business
• Be able to explain our process’, techniques and answer all questions customers have
• Run each coating project without direct supervision
• Ensure the project has been completed and able to perform a post-walk through evaluation with customer
• Ability to manage time and remain organized
• Use power equipment, surface grinders and other tools to clean & prepare surfaces prior to asphalt & concrete coatings
• Make repairs to asphalt surface using hot rubberized crackfill
• Hand apply asphalt sealer neatly and quickly to the asphalt surface

You are an experienced professional able to work with a clear set of goals. You are motivated, dependable, honest, organized and knowledgeable of basic repairs and preventative maintenance routines. Experienced with technologies and software to complete the estimation and prospecting functions.

• Work unassisted and with a clear set of goals
• Work at least (3) pre-determined days each week
• Use company vehicle to complete all requests in a given day
• Use our technology to make accurate measurements, take photographs and make detailed notations about every project
• Have strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Identify new business growth opportunities for both projects and clientele, both private and public.
• Lead clients to make their best-informed decisions
